At the Butchery by Venue, we get all of our beef from the Certified Angus Beef ® brand which has 10 quality specifications that go beyond the USDA requirements.

An in-depth research process is completed to ensure all of our beef comes from Nebraskan beef farmers. Our in-house butcher hand cuts each steak we serve.
